Company Telephones and Mobile Phones
- Usage: Company telephones are for serving customers and conducting business. Personal usage during business hours is discouraged except for emergencies.
- Costs: Any additional costs incurred by Deeply Digital for private use will be charged to the employee.
- Driving: Mobile phones are not to be used while driving unless a suitable hands-free kit is present.
