Environment & Sustainability Initiatives
- Minimise the environmental impact of activities.
- Reduce the amount of waste produced.
- Ensure resources such as water/electricity are used responsibly.
- Recycle materials as extensively as possible.
- Use technology to lessen the need for travel (where practicable).
People and Community Practices
- Ethical Working: Core value is to provide a great place to work where people feel valued and looked after. Mutual respect is the basis of relationships.
- Employee Wellbeing: Fostering wellbeing helps prevent stress. Employees are encouraged to highlight any issues or suggest ideas that promote positive wellbeing.
- Support for Substance Abuse: Should a colleague seek help for an alcohol or drug problem, they will be given help and support by the company.

- Modern Slavery: Deeply Digital has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity. We do not enter into business with any organisation that knowingly supports or involves itself in slavery.
- Anti-Bribery: Bribery is a criminal offence, and Deeply Digital prohibits any form of bribery.
