Disclosure and Competition

  • Notification Required: Employees must notify Deeply Digital upon appointment or during employment of any other paid or unpaid work. This information must include the employer's name and the total weekly and daily hours worked.
  • Refusal: Permission will be refused if any of the above conditions are not met.
  • Competition: Employees are not permitted to undertake or carry out private work that is in direct competition to the Company. This will be viewed as Gross Misconduct and may result in dismissal.
