Email/Messaging
- Purpose: Company email and messaging is not to be used for private purposes and should not be used for any purpose other than company business.
- Responsibility: Employees must maintain Deeply Digital's image, use electronic resources productively, and avoid placing the Company at risk of legal liability.
- Data Protection: Employees must ensure current Data Protection legislation is not breached, and where a breach occurs, it must be reported without delay.
