- Employees must ensure they know about the fire warning system and how to operate and respond to it.
- Key points to reduce risk: Escape routes must be free from obstructions, good housekeeping, regular removal of combustible waste, and keeping ignition sources away from combustible material.
- If you Discover a Fire: Raise the alarm, alert others, evacuate the building IMMEDIATELY and go to the Assembly Point. Do not stop to collect personal belongings or re-enter the building until told to do so.
