Harassment at Work
- Harassment or bullying (sexual, social, physical, or psychological) is totally unacceptable.
- Any member of staff experiencing or becoming aware of harassment should report it to a manager as a grievance. It will be dealt with promptly and effectively.
- Third-Party Harassment: The Company operates a zero tolerance policy in relation to harassment perpetrated against an employee by a third party (e.g., client or visitor). If an allegation is well-founded, the company will take necessary steps, including warning the individual, banning them from premises, or reporting actions to the police.
- Training: The Company provides training to all staff on sexual harassment to ensure a clear understanding of the expected levels of behaviour and the reporting process.
