Data Security and Confidentiality

Employees must keep company data and materials safe and secure at all times. Reasonable precautions must be taken to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection policy.

Contact and Client Interaction

  • Employees must maintain regular contact with their manager to ensure the company can work towards early resolution of any problems.
  • Meetings between customers/clients and employees at home are prohibited.
  • Employees must not provide their personal address or personal contact details to customers, clients, or third parties associated with Deeply Digital.
  • The company encourages the early reporting of pressures and stress by homeworkers so that practical steps can be considered.

Working Hours and Termination

  • Employees are responsible for completing their working hours and taking their rest breaks as defined in their contracts of employment.
  • If homeworking becomes unsuitable due to employee conduct or performance, the arrangement may be terminated immediately. Further disciplinary action may also be taken in line with company policy.
