Flexible Timing Rules
- Appointments: Appointments or other commitments should be arranged outside of core hours and marked in your calendar. If this is not possible, they must be approved by your line manager.
- Meetings: Client meetings, internal meetings, and offsites will continue to be set in standard working hours, not restricted to core hours. You are expected to be available for these, unless confirmed otherwise by your line manager.
- Self-Management: Everyone can self-manage their start and end times without line management approval. However, late starts and early finishes must be added to your calendar.
- Cancellation: If business needs require it, flexible start and end times can be cancelled at short notice (e.g., the day before).
Half Days Off
- A half day means working 3 hours 45 minutes.
- At least one hour must overlap with core hours (10:00-15:30).
