Induction, Training, and Development
The company engages in an Induction Training Programme to support new staff integration. The commitment is to an ongoing process of information sharing, support, and on-the-job training to ensure staff possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to perform their jobs.
- Training Commitment: Deeply Digital will agree and fund any training required to carry out your position. Employees are also encouraged to identify potential training opportunities.
- Study Courses: Requests to pursue a course of study for a directly job-related qualification may be met by Deeply Digital, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Learning Agreement: For funded courses, a learning agreement will be signed detailing cost, funding, time off, and subsequent support. This agreement will include a payback clause (normally 2 years) should the employee leave the business whilst training or upon completion.
