Internet Usage

The internet should be utilised only in relation to Deeply Digital business.

  • Personal Use: Internet access for personal use without Company consent will be a disciplinary offence.
  • Prohibited Material: Downloading or viewing any gaming, betting, pornographic, or other site containing inappropriate or illegal material will be a ground for summary dismissal and may result in criminal and civil liability.
  • Software: No software may be installed or downloaded without the authority of management. Company software must not be applied in a way that breaches the terms of the relevant software licence.
