- Deeply Digital may request a copy of an employee's medical reports to assist in the assessment of their medical condition.
- Your consent will be obtained prior to the Company contacting your GP, and you are entitled to see a copy of the documentation.
- All employees are encouraged to highlight any issues that may arise as soon as possible to help support and manage particular circumstances.
