Notice of Ending Employment

  • Notice Period: The required notice period is outlined in your Statement of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment.
  • Working Notice: Failure to work full notice without agreement to early release will constitute a breach of contract. Deeply Digital reserves the right to offset any outstanding payments due against any notice period not worked.
  • Company Termination: If Deeply Digital ends your employment (unless for gross misconduct), you will be given written notice as set out in your contract.
  • Garden Leave: An employee can be put on garden leave for the length of the notice period. You continue to be employed, receive normal pay and benefits, but are not expected to attend work unless requested by your line manager.
  • Exit Interview: An exit interview will be conducted to handle organisational details and find out why you are leaving.
