Overtime and Working Time Regulations
Deeply Digital may ask employees to work additional hours to meet customer demands. Overtime is normally arranged on a voluntary basis, but you may be requested to work additional hours to meet peak periods and demands.
- Working Week Maximum: The Working Time Regulations 1998 state the average working week, including overtime, shall not exceed 48 hours.
- Opt-Out: An adult worker can opt out of the 48-hour maximum working week in writing.
- Termination of Agreement: Either the employee or Deeply Digital may terminate the opt-out agreement by giving not less than three months' written notice.
