Parental Leave
- Unpaid Parental Leave: Employees with at least one year's continuous service may apply for 18 weeks unpaid parental leave per child, which can be taken before the child's 18th birthday.
- Shared Parental Leave: Working parents have the right to request shared parental leave, allowing the sharing of the untaken balance of maternity leave and pay.
