Paternity and Adoption Leave
- Paternity Leave and Pay: Fathers/partners are entitled to two weeks leave to help with a new arrival, subject to meeting certain conditions, and may be entitled to Statutory Paternity Leave and Pay.
- Adoption Leave and Pay: An adoptive parent newly matched with a child may have the right to adoption leave and pay.
