Pay Arrangements

  • Payment: Wages are paid by direct credit transfer monthly as per your contract.
  • Changes: Deeply Digital reserves the right to alter payment cycles or pay dates, subject to discussion and notice.
  • Basic Pay Amendments: Any amendments to your basic pay will be notified to you in writing.
  • Overpayments: In the event of an overpayment, Deeply Digital reserves the right to deduct the sum from your wages or salary on the first opportune payday. If the overpayment is on the final salary payment, the Company reserves the right to request payment on demand and seek to recover the debt.
  • Queries: Any queries about pay or suspected mistakes should be reported to your manager immediately for investigation.
