Probation Period

All new employees must satisfactorily complete a probationary period as set out in their contract.

  • Review: Performance and potential abilities are evaluated. A performance review meeting will be held at the end of the period, and if satisfactory, the position will be confirmed.
  • Extension/Termination: Deeply Digital reserves the right to extend the probationary period. Either party may terminate the contract during probation by serving notice. The company reserves the right to terminate employment at its discretion, and normal disciplinary procedures will not apply.
