Reporting Sickness
- Notification: You must verbally inform Deeply Digital as soon as possible, prior to your start of shift, if you are unable to attend work due to sickness.
- Unsuitable Methods: Text messages and updates over Slack are not a suitable means of communication for notifying the company of sickness.
- Information Required: You need to explain why you cannot attend and indicate when you intend to return to work. Follow-up contact is essential if the absence extends beyond the first indication.
