Right of Search

Deeply Digital reserves the right to search any employee and/or their personal belongings, parcels, or vehicles entering or leaving the premises.

• Procedure: A personal search will be carried out in a private room by a person of the same sex and in the presence of a third person also of the same sex.
• Refusal: You have the right to decline such a search, but any lack of cooperation will be regarded as a breach of conduct and dealt with through the Disciplinary Procedure.
