Social Media

Deeply Digital operates a strict Social Media policy with the aim to:

  • Establish clear rules on personal usage of social media at work.
  • Remind employees that monitoring is taking place.
  • Warn that comments on social media sites, even outside working time, are not private and that comments bringing Deeply Digital, its employees, or customers into disrepute will not be tolerated.

Social media is defined broadly, including networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn), chatrooms, blogs, WhatsApp, and YouTube.

  • Monitoring: The Company logs and audits the use of Company computers and laptops, including email and internet use, and auditing software monitors which sites are visited.
  • Breach: Any breach of this policy will be taken seriously and may lead to disciplinary action. Serious cases (e.g., damaging reputation, bullying, or disclosing confidential information) could lead to dismissal.
  • Cooperation: You must remove any material posted in breach of this policy upon request and fully cooperate in any investigation.
