Travel Budget Allowances

The following are the maximum daily and nightly allowances:

Food and Beverage

• The allowance is up to £55 per day.
• Only alcohol with your evening meal can be claimed, and it is included within your daily budget allowance.

Accommodation

• The maximum allowance is up to £150 per person per night
  
  
• If accommodation isn't available within the budget, you must get approval from your line manager. 
• Popular City Caps:
  • Leamington Spa - £120 
  • Rotterdam or Amsterdam - £150
  • London - £150
  • Boston - £150
  • For other cities, check the relevant city cap in the system

Flights

• Fly economy class for short and mid-haul flights.
